Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

At Sakinah’s Closet, we want receiving your order to be just as seamless as placing it. We offer convenient flat-rate shipping as well as complimentary local delivery throughout Prince William County, Virginia.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping on eligible orders within the United States. Your shipping charge will be displayed at checkout, so there are no surprises.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

FREE Prince William County Delivery

We are happy to offer FREE local delivery anywhere within Prince William County, Virginia.

There is no delivery fee for qualifying addresses within Prince William County.

After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate delivery. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after the order has been processed, depending on availability.

Someone should be available to receive the order unless a safe drop-off location has been arranged in advance. Sakinah’s Closet is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or exposed to excessive heat or weather conditions after a completed unattended delivery.

Body Care Products & Warm Weather

Because some of our luxury body care products are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. During warmer months, we recommend retrieving shipped or locally delivered packages as soon as possible and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.

Melting does not necessarily affect the quality of the product, but it may change its whipped texture.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order information.

Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
